Dale Armon and Penny Horak, in my opinion are horrific hoarders who have cruelly abused animals entrusted in their care. Mark Saxenmeyer has investigated Pet Rescue and found only 10% of the charitable donations in one year were used for animal care. The government agencies charged with humane care for animals need to follow the letter of the law and convict Armon and Horak and close Pet Rescue now.
